Membership is open to any individual or organisation with an interest in online or other computerised information systems.

Fee

Individual
A member is admitted as a member of The Association only on payment of the annual individual membership fee.
R 200.00
Corporate / Institutional
A corporate member (x3 Delegates) is admitted as a member of The Association only on payment of the annual corporate membership fee.
R 700.00
Full time student
Application form to be accompanied by a copy of the student’s higher education institution registration form for the applicable year (UNISA students are not regarded as full time students).
R 50.00

Note:

  • Each corporate membership covers 3 delegates, an institution may have more than 1 membership.
  • A person or organisation is admitted as a member of the SAOUG on payment of the annual membership fee.
  • A person or organisation remains a member of the Group until resignation or non-payment of the membership fee.
  • Annual membership fees, which fall due on 1 January, are determined annually by the Executive Committee.
